"The Firefighter Response System has become a great management tool for our department, along with an overall visual status board to monitor staffing levels 24X7. I have looked for a product to monitor our available manpower for several years and tried several of them, but the Firefighter Response System was the closest product I found to meet our needs. The staff at Firefighter Response System were open to work with us to customize their product to meet our needs as well. We can now allow our responders to manage their schedule electronically with preset timers changing their availability status daily, on a weekly schedule. The system will also allow them at any time to change their preset status by a simple phone call into the system. Besides using this product to monitor our staffing level at any time, we can now track the hours our responders are available in the report module to assure they are making themselves available routinely as needed.
