Annual Service Fee

Inbound Usage Fee's
Each time a member calls into the Firefighter Response System to change their status, your agency is billed .03 cents. Status changes from the mobile app UI or FFRS application UI are free of charge. Usage fee's are billed on a quarterly basis.
Outbound Usage Fee's
The eNotify module can send out 3 types of messages; a Phone call, an email, or a SMS text message. Emails and SMS text messages are completely free. Phone calls cost your agency .05 cents per each outbound phone call for each member called.
Discounts
We offer discounts for smaller agencies and for county wide or dispatch implementations.
