Mass Messaging

The eNotify module is a mass-notification system that allows your agency to send out individual or bulk messages to email, SMS text, and mobile, home, or work phones. This feature is great for alerting special teams, sending out reminders, or polling agency personal about an upcoming function.

Message Types.

Phone calls, emails, and SMS text messages can be sent out to your personnel. Any combination of these three message types can be sent for each message, such as a phone call and an email or a phone call, email, and a SMS text message all at once.

Scheduling messages.

Messages can be created and saved to automatically delivered for a future data & time.

Polling personnel.

To poll personnel, a phone call can be sent informing the members of an event and then asking what their status will be for that event. For example, send out a message to remind your personal of an upcoming burn-to-learn and ask them to press 1 if they will be able to participate, 2 if they are unsure, or 3 if they can't attend. After the message has been delivered, a report can be viewed to see who is able to attend, who is unsure, and those that are unable to make it.
