| Notify your department’s personnel on their mobile, home, or work phone by simply typing a message and selecting message recipients using one of three message types; phone call, email, and SMS text. Great for alerting special teams or sending out reminders and polling department personal of an upcoming function. For example, send out a message to remind your personal of an upcoming burn-to-learn and ask them to press 1 if they will be able to participate in the event, press 2 if they're unsure, and press 3 if they know they can't make it. Once the message has been delivered, you'll be able to view a report and see who is able to attend, who is unsure, and those who can't make the burn-to learn. |
