We are a Software as a Service company located in Salem, Oregon. We design, develop, market, and support our web-based application, the Firefighter Response System. We are focused on developing a comprehensive suite of services to help emergency service agencies streamline communications with their personnel. The Firefighter Response System core feature is member status tracking (responding, on-duty, available or unavailable) along with many other features like scheduling, notification, and much more to assist agencies make informed decisions both before and during emergency incidents.
Message from the Founder
A vast amount of amazing technology exists in our world today, and I’m excited to be a small part of this technological revolution as the leader of the team that designed, developed, and implemented the patented Firefighter Response System.
My desire to create the Firefighter Response System came from my years as a volunteer firefighter responding to incidents from home and then later directly from the station during my years as a resident volunteer. Our goal was to create a service for first responders that would have a significant impact in the number of lives and amount of property saved in communities across the United States. That is still our goal today.
We are dedicated to and focused on providing your agency with a service that I know will enhance your agencies ability to make informed decisions. I look forward to working with you.
